Role Call is a film about a young man (Dave) preparing to go to war: His excitment at making his desceased father proud and the stress it puts on his relationship with his girlfriend Jenny.
Despite his training, come Sunday, how will Dave fare?
THE CHALLENGE
You have 48 hours to write, shoot and edit a film, on a theme decided by Smoke & Mirrors of no longer than 5 minutes in duration.
We will send you the theme at 7pm, friday 2nd of October. You will have until 7pm on Sunday, 4th to deliver your finished film.
The prize is a package consisting of everything you need to complete a professional sort film, including camera, lights, stock, processing and post production.
The finalists will be notified and the winner of the best film will be announced at the Smoke and Mirrors 48 hour competition party on Wednesday 21st of October.
